One car from an 11 car 'treasure chest' find on eBay.

Now normally I'd also throw this one out as an oddball but it is the BEST detailed car in the lot, even beating out one of the other Accurail cars from the lot. This is a Proto 2k Type 21 8K Tank Car in UTLX markings. A friend has told me how this is technically a 2nd-hand tank car, UTLX never bought these types new. Its setting is 1930s+ with the brake system so it will likely be used on late steam era trains. Its also nice to have a third UTLX tank car and, while I do like my current Rapido tank cars, this one is just as nice and cool to have a more modern style. There is seemingly no SKU on this one. In this photo the car has black EZ mate couplers, I have since swapped em out for No. 5 Kadees.
