ugh wow i need to be more active wtf
Alright so I decided to take an art trade just because I've been kind of low on ideas for traditional art, and it was requested I did a battle pose. So I did some playing around and came up with this. Like I said I haven't been having a lot of ideas lately, especially in the traditional art range, so I apologize in advance if this isn't top notch? Idk I didn't half ass this I've just been going through the motions but this did help keep me on track. I've been doing a lot of predacons lately it seems lol anyway thanks for doing this art trade with me, I really hope you like it! Feel free to ask to trade again sometime!

Do what you feel is best. Although, if you're having issues coming up with ideas, maybe you could dedicate some of your drawing time to just practice. Like doing body gestures, hand/face studies etc.

That is a good idea and I have been doing a lot of sketching lately, but my only problem is that if I'm not outlining on a regular basis my lines start to get shaky and it irritates the hell out of me.
I could just outline sketches for practice but at the same time, I don't want to waste my brush pen like that.

I see, I see. I relate the issue with you, I've found my best lineart traditionally comes out when I'm sleepy. My heart-rate is normal, and I'm not excited and I'm too tired to get excited.

Huh, that's actually really interesting. I normally try to do lineart when I come home from work, when I'm really tired, but sometimes I'm just too tired to actually do it lmao

I didn't use watercolor for this I actually used markers lol way easier for me
