I've been meaning to get a team picture of these guys done for a WHILE. I want to do two more at the least....
I'm afraid we're not going to see any updates to Tale of Exchu for a bit.
Anywho, trying out a nicer coloring style; unfortunately it is very time consuming to do! (it's a mix of painting and the typical cell shading)
Props to SpeedBoostTorchic for his coloring tutorial , it helped me find a way to make lighting not a pain!

As long as it does take I think I enjoy the results enough to put up with it, at least enough to add 2 more pictures to make this a sort of series, haha. It adds an extra sense of dimension to the otherwise kind-of-flat cel shaded stuff.
