Truth is by far, the most delusional, zealous, contradictory to his name creature, that has ever had the grace of leading a theocratic alliance of alien species.
Along with the fact that he didn't let the squadron of banshees go and rescue that hot headed moron, the High prophet of Regret, and left the Judgemental High Prophet of Mercy to his drawn out and undignified demise by the parasitic Flood, and allow, even urge the total genocide of the Elites, their guardians since the formation of the Covenant.

Not only that, but in total contradiction to his name he lied to the population of their Holy City of High Charity, left it to be consumed by the Flood, and then had the utter obnoxious gaul to go to Earth and attempt to wipe out all sentient life in the galaxy in the search for his obviously delusional goal of the "Great Journey" which everyone else knows to simply be the same grim death as their forefathers the Forerunners.

He deserved everything he got in the end

I'm sure halo fanatics like us already know this, but Truth.....is a complete duche bag, he ordered the destruction of the temple that Regrets body laid in(letting it get consumed by Gravemind), let the burtes take over as the Honor Guards(which the elites have done for eons), and finally let Mercy fall victim to the flood,and didn't do anything to help his 'brother', leaving the DEMON to help end Mercy's suffering.
