It's almost as brain numbing as TV.I think it's something about the combination to the high contrast fur....
can't help but stare into those shimmering orbs of gold.....

Oh yeah...
LOL! Of course, I'm kinda prejudice,
but I think her eye colour is just gorgeous,
especially with that darker bar on the outside edge of the pupils.

Maybe back at full power the changes we made to laser chase toy will reset his memories properly.

Our Umbreon is a freebie - from stray/feral parents.
Mom was a full black [link] .
I think I saw the Daddy once - he looked like the "Football" in your gallery.
I figure from her longer coat & rather hairy feet, all she's likely got a good % of Weeg or maybe MC in her DNA.
Umbreon was tiny when I rescued her, only 10.5oz [link] and 3of6 [link] of her other brothers & sisters.

our cats have Maine Coon and Somali in them.
in my opinion the 2 most beautiful cats.
and together they are just amazing!

She just fit in my hand when I first found her crying in that rain-puddle; her chin was between my fingers & her back legs/paws on either side of my wrist...
Now her head is that big and she isn't even a year old yet.

It's interesting that you should happen to choose those words.
First she initiated a series of events that caused me to need to suddenly wash my hair.
Where I was at the time, the easiest place to do it was the laundry sinks.
Then as I'm performing said task, kitty decides it's the perfect time to play with the dogs.
She gets them to chase her. Umbreon runs past me over to the laundry table up on my right, across it
& the washing machine...
and my bare back,
across the edge of the other sink,
then jumps to dryer,
which has a towel over the top that promptly slides as soon as her weight hits it, sweeping the hats, gloves & pile of newspaper sitting there along with her
forcing her to continue her original path
meaning a panicked jump to the coats hanging on the wall
which swing & then drop off to the floor as she leaps to the next in perfect sync allowing her to come to a final somewhat graceful landing inches from the doorway...
through which she struts
totally oblivious to the carnage she's left behind.
oh she's a stunner alright!!!

Oh they are....
considering that I'm sure a lot of that wasn't quite what she'd set out to do,
there was kinda strange gracefulness to catastrophe(couldn't resist the pun)....
like the tricks some people arrange in falling dominoes displays.

it's the composure after that sinks it...
no matter what happens, the cat usually walks away with the air of "Yeah....I meant to do that"
