The colors and details--especially the scene on the bottom layer--are fantastic! I love the bear, waterfall and salmon! Also, the kissing Eskimo couple is the perfect touch!

Wow! This is beautiful--the details are so realistic, especially on the bottom layer. Lovely cake: it's always such a shame decorating just to have it eaten. That's why cameras are such a blessing, lol.
And the kissing Eskimos! Nice touch. (nose kiss?)

Hope you don't mind me asking, what fondant did you use to cover the cake aaand, what and how did you do the middle layer, the way the blue gradually changes from darker shade to lighter aaaand what type of paints did you use painting the cake and it's decorations?

darker to lighter is done with an airbrush.
uhm the figures are handpainted with a paintbrush and food coloring

I love how each tier gradually gets more minimalistic the higher you get -- it's like they're in their own little world, away from all the hustle and bustle
