Fire is from the vigorienai race. Ultima is her personal robot, obviously. But they are more like companions to each other rather than "one is a boss and the other is obeying".
Hmmm... Frankly speaking, I don't think these two fight a lot. Mostly run :"D
Wearing an exoskeleton is a necessity for every vigorien, as they are physically weak creatures. So, they actually do it in survival purposes. Just liek a canned meat bank
