Watercolor
Three hours, (I didn't get his face right at first) but now I'm pleased. 
And the sky... I looked at this tutorial: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ebVUL… But I just watched half of it, as you probably can see 
so I just mixed a bunch of cool colors, quick and messy. I will try to be more detailed next time
