Ya know, instead of the SoB, why couldn't we just have femal space marines? I am sure that the Emperor in all his wisdom and glory is a smart enough man to have known how to alter a few chromosomes to allow the gene seed to work on females.

I remember reading some where that the reason the Imperium didn't allow it was because with how the gene seed works, were it to course through the system of a fetus, it could actually result in mutations and well.. we know how much the Imperium loves mutants.
