Step 2: Add Hair, Clothes, and Fine Details

Next step is to draw in the clothes and hair. I have changed how I draw hair now (you'll see fairly soon) now following Rei's hair line and paying more attention to the hair root. I'll also probably need to update how I draw clothes eventually. Rei's outfit is fairly simple for now simply because I wanted to focus on figuring out how to draw her face, hair, and I've just started moving onto refining how to draw her body... costume design comes after that but for now it's just a loose neckline t-shirt and pair of gym shorts
