Is that another entry to the prompt >: O? Yes it is ;;v;; and i'm planning on at least one more (I discovered that i really like doing backgrounds???)
So yeah, this circle shape is inspired by a MAP im waiting for X3. Everyone is doing colorfull and sunny drawings so why not some rain? Being stuck waiting for the rain to stop is the worst XD Also, chalky brush >: D
