Mmm! That's some good McGuffin!

Well, I lie. These McGuffins do indeed forward the plot of my Paper Mario story.

These are the 7 Light Ztar pieces. 6 of which create the Light Ztar shell plus the black one in the middle which is Blakk's weak point.
They were all originally apart of the Light Ztar, (the white one in the middle) but were broken apart by the Dark Star, it's polar opposite's, dark magical powers. The Light Ztar became so corrupted it became a sentient being made of pure darkness and hatred. Or as we know him, General Blakk.
The shell was shook by the violent rage of the beast, and shattered into 6 pieces that flew across the lands.
They were flung into the hands of 6 very special people, that would bear the enormous job of keeping the pieces safe until they could be handed to a hero that would stop Blakk's evil reign.
Or so the story goes...

Mwahaha! Foreshadowing!
I decided to give the pieces of the Light Ztar an overhaul on design because they were bland as rocks.
So here we have;

The Piece of Will-Power (Red) - Chapter 1
Location: BeanBean Kingdom
Ztar Power: Art Hearts
This first piece is worn as a necklace by the amorous Queen Bean and will only show itself to a man who shows great strength even in dire situations.

The Piece of Friendship (Orange) - Chapter 2
Location: Explotton Village
Ztar Power: Art Blocks
The second piece is served on silver platter as a Trophy during a competition, and only lends it's powers to someone who values even their rivals as their greatest friends.

The Piece of Steadfast (Yellow) - Chapter 3
Location: Khufungi's Tomb
Ztar Power: Paper Cuts
The third piece is only show to you after battling. It's strength will show once one can prove that they are capable of staying with their duties no matter the distractions.

The Piece of Truth (Green) - Chapter 4
Location: Blooper King's Cave
Ztar Power: StickN'Stitch
The fourth Light Ztar piece was the possession of the Blooper King before having it stolen by the BandO' Thieves. His inability to keep the Piece safe lead to his early grave. The Piece will grant it's power when one is able to admit their flaws even through hurting their pride.

The Piece of Morality (Blue) - Chapter 5
Location: The Koopa School of Performing Arts
Ztar Power: Erase-Air
This piece is what powers the colossal C-1000 boss. It's true potential will be shown when one displays that they can differentiate between what is Right and Wrong.

The Piece of Bravery (Purple) - Chapter 6
Location: Star Haven
Ztar Power: Copy Catapult
The 6th available piece of Light Ztar is found protected in the Star Haven by the Star Spirits. However Blakk reverses the personalities of everyone there meaning the Light Ztar piece could end up destroying even the Star Spirits for their negligence. This piece is brought about by showing ones bravery to a situation where the odds are stacked heavily against oneself.

The Shell is constructed once all the Pieces are found and put together.

The Core of Darkness (Black) - Chapter 7-8
Location: Blakk's Mansion
This Core is the final part of the Light Ztar and is Blakk's own heart, or lack thereof. It must be fitted inside the Light Ztar Shell to abolish Blakk from existence else he uses it's full world destroying, life sucking abilities.

*drinks a 10 litre of water in one gulp*
