I think that's the best tool for digital coloring.

Yeah, y'know there is another program similiar to photoshop, it's called "The Gimp". I never tryied it 'cause I have PS, but people say that it's a good alternative to PS... and it's free.

All you have to do, is to go on google, download it and have fun.
