Right so me and my good friend illusion, love this series internecion cube by Liam Vickers, illusion and I created our IC ocs, she has the administrator to my oc here, this "lovely" lady is a stealth mistress of death, she'd obey her administrator (at times) to kill anyone suspicious of her administrator and herself, she has a high ponytail tail that has spikes at the end, tipped and laced with poisons and acids for different uses I will not say what though, that's the surprise~ thanks illusion for this beautiful art of IC-9N, you're an awesome friend!
