My first piece of art for this group, and it's a little sculpt of the first stryx I earned, Gwyn 1951 .
The huge baby eyes were sort of an accident I still like how comical it turned out, and I will have the opportunity to sculpt him a bit more dignified in the future. I've done a few sketches of Gwyn too, but nothing finished so far.

His body is made entirely of clay with no paint or pastels, a process I will not be duplicating for my other stryx. I think half the sculpting time was spent mixing the intermediate colors between his silver-grey head and snow body. Sculpting Taryn like that would be a nightmare.
