Zubat (Pierce Bat)--Females have smaller fangs and shiny Zubat are green. Zubat and its many forms have been featured in every single region of Pokemon.
Golbat (Ghoul Bat)--Golbat's tongue is only seen in the Red and Blue versions of the game.
Crobat (Black Bat/Acrobat)--Shiny Crobat are pink. Crobat also have tiny feet hidden behind the bottom wings.

I never really liked Golbat but looking at this one makes me like it.
