Been meaning to do another cute image of Azure and Luna together and I figured that, with doing a contest it would be just the excuse I needed.Anyway, since the theme for the contest was "Spring" I thought a bit and figured that the best idea (at least that I could come up with) would be Azure and Luna participating in Hanami (flower viewing). This is quite popular in Japan during the spring time when the flowers start to bloom. Not just any flowers, but the Cherry Blossoms. But of course we're talking about two night ponies so they decided to do a Yozakura (Night Sakura) viewing instead.Β Nothing like seeing the Cherry Blossoms lit by moonlight. They traveled all the way to Neigh-gasaki to see the blossoms.

A few months ago I did start a comic for this ship but ended up cancelling cause it wasn't very popular and I was getting bored of it (I was running out of ideas of pony fight scenes and I had too many oc's to work in). But I am currently working on a fan fic that eventually involves the ship but it's not the focus.

You wanna draw the pages? Like just the existing ones? Or are you wanting to be the artist for the entire comic? I dunno how you're gonna do the latter cause I did have the whole tournament planned out but I ended up stopping, literally, the page before the preliminaries ended.
I mean I did say in a journal that I MIGHT either start it up again or just reboot it entirely (which I'm more of a fan of).

Well if you wanna go ahead and redo those existing pages, be my guest. I just don't know if I can find all the owners of those OC's anymore because that was months ago and only some of them I got on Deviantart, most I got from people on Facebook.
As for pages after the 12th, well, if you're gonna do the art of the comic then you and I are gonna have to work pretty close because there's still three stages of the tournament to go and some real twists.

So it might be in your best interest to swap out most of those OC's cause like I said I don't think I could find the original owners. The only ones that, if you do this, that you MUST keep, are of course Azure but also Crater and Nightengale (they are the gryphon and dragon that you see in the first couple pages) and then on this page fav.me/d6pnx4m those two on the left side. The yellow one with the pinkish purple mane and piercings is a pegasus pony named Cruiser and the brown one with the mustache and fez who's an earth pony from Saddle Arabia named Kaspar. All the others you can probably just do what ever because again I doubt I could find them all it's been so long.Β As for the six ponies in the last panel on this page fav.me/d6sxo7o they can stay the same cause those are actual friends of mine and they can stay like that.
If you're really interested in taking this challenge on then be my guest. Once you get to the 12th page (which is only as far as I got) then we can converse via notes so that we don't spoil anything cause things finally get interesting after these preliminaries are done.

I mean eventually he'd get better but it wouldn't be overnight. Hell, Azure's friends would probably lock Luna and Azure in a room together that has all kinds of stuff like a romantic dinner set up, a nice comfy bed with candles and massage oils and not let them out. I'm sure Luna would be embarrassed but Azure might have fuse explode in his brain, then when he'd come to in a few days he'd probably kill them for that.
