Alice was born with a condition that left her highly susceptible to a number of notable sleep disorders from narcolepsy to insomnia to somnambulism to night terrors. As such, sleep is something she has never been comfortable with, either ending up with too much or too little or waking up in another place.
This continued into her mid teens, until she was featured on a news program reporting on how her parents had been searching for some kind of cure for their daughter's ailment. Their search turned up no solutions, but the report did catch the attention of a particular individual that was seeking people such as Alice.
He appeared before her in her room during a typical night of insomnia and made her an offer. He could give her the power to sleep normally if she would join him. Desperate and too tired to think clearly, she agreed and he gave her to power to transfer her afflictions to others, the first victim of which was a bitchy neighbour she hated. After a peaceful night's sleep, Alice awoke in a new location, having been spirited away by her benefactor in her sleep. From here, she would become a part of his team, desperate to sleep normally from then on as the lethargic Sloth.

Powers:
Alice has the power to transfer her own sleeping disorders to others temporarily by blowing a kind of sand into the victim's face. These include narcolepsy, insomnia, sleepwalking and night terrors or simply sleep itself.
As she becomes more accustomed to her powers, she eventually becomes capable of entering and manipulating the dreams of others.
Personality:
When not afflicted by a sleep disorder, Alice is a surprisingly cheerful person. She is also somewhat childish, having been too focused on sleep problems to mature properly. However, when she is afflicted, she is generally grumpy and sometimes has a short tempter, which her teammates learn to not set off if they want to maintain their own regular sleep schedule.

Once again, this was going to be a man, but I settled on another female. I chose to make her Welsh because Welsh girls sound adorable. And yes, her mask is indeed one of those masks used to cover your eyes when going to sleep/pretend you're awake.
