It is sort of like Sailor Moon's Crystal Star but without the round parts. It is more along the line of the Orgel necklace (musical star necklace) Mamoru/Endymion had in the Anime. It has a place for her Senshi Crystal...and gems around it that represent her teammates.
She'll get this one after the next Senshi in her team shows up.
