Wanted to try my hand at digital coloring again, it’s been awhile. I still hate drawing digitally, so I sketched this out on paper then inked and colored digitally. Tried to stay loose and not overly blend so it wouldn’t get muddy, that’s always my issue with digital.

I realized afterward that I had defaulted to pretty much my exact process for traditional watercolor, and I finally ended up with something I liked!

I definitely understand color better now than last time I tried, so that part was a little easier too. It’s overwhelming having infinite color possibilities
