Such a boring day....Well anyways, I was inspired by 's surreal hand project ([link] ) and I came up with this when we were talking about it. Also I need to draw more and draw more from life, so this was good practice. Feels good not doing any digital art.
My scanner made this really bright and I tried to fix it in photoshop to make it more like the real thing.

AUUUGGHHH!! . . . this is so freaking awesome! Reeeally great job on the hands; I particularly like the knuckles and placement of everything . . . and I love the branches coming out from the fingers . . . and the little owl! Very nice shading too.

You're welcome! And doesn't that feel great though? Like, using your own resources as, well, resources? Whenever I draw hands I usually look at my own, or sometimes even my friends if they're around. And yeeeah, my hand cramped up a lot during my surreal hand project too. I feel your pain.
