I'd like to think that he doesn't blink x'D Or at least, he doesn't whenever he's recharging.
I've placed him in the Personification Quintessence Squadron (PQS) as well, now the personification of rest and/or sleep. (Not to be confused with Hols , the personification of short breaks and time-outs.)
