Description
This is the second picture in my Pokemon Special Project. I intended to draw Platina in a Goth loli dress, but then due to my inexprerience and low knowledge about fashion, I failed badly. To make up for that, I tried hard to colour it, and oh my, the dress's shading was really a pain in the neck. I still found it pretty unnatural, but then that's the best that I can do. No more complain from me, ffrom now on, it's up to you, the viewers, to give comment from which I will learn more.
