IT'S DONE. I just went all over with the effects! So it's 's boss ex-Duskcaller Noxxus doing some weird vortex-y magic, and I love his design - it's simple, but somehow it just works. It was great doing this commission, so I hope you like it
EDIT: I just realized how off the colors look now because of all the filters I used :/
