Dark is from my alternate history story called What Power, I collab'ed with a bunch of people on it ^^
This time I did Dark, leader of M.A.S.K. a group kinda like CIA and the FBI put together.
They are given a lot of room in order to fulfill there missions, this is probably one of them.
