I love the fact that she doesn't have arms. Something about that makes her a unique and strong character in and of herself.

Rin's backstory says that her arms had to be amputated, due to a birth-defect. However, if you've played Katawa Shoujo, you'd see she gets along just fine without them. Those feet of hers are incredibly prehensile, and she's really flexible. She can eat with them, open doors, and most importantly, she can draw/paint with them

I know this is like a super late response, and hopefully by now you've actually went and played the full version of the game already, but she is probably the worst off out of all of the girls in the game/novel. And ironically, her missing arms have NOTHING to do with it. She is really conflicted psychologically, and it's really heartbreaking watching her path how she wants to connect and wants to find someone, but just can't seem to figure out how to communicate... That's why I love this drawing, because she's actually smiling. If you play the game, you'll know why, she is basically emotionless for 99% of the game. Anytime she breaks even the slightest smile, it's a milestone worth celebrating...

You're welcome, happy to be of service. Katawa Shoujo is a really fun game, and really touching too. I haven't gotten that far in the Rin's story yet, but so far, she has to be one of my favorites in the cast of girls you can end up with.
