myehh i didn't draw the eyes coz it's like more monstrous and menacing i reckon..
kinda like how he doesn't even need his eyes and relies on his other senses instead.
gives it a more beastly vibe

Awesome jo. It loooks like a great anime still from a movie. I love the choice of color for the spider shadow, and I even like the sketch lines left underneath. I think that also adds to the anime look.

i would loved this even more without the sketchiness under the shadows. the shadows are strong enough to carry it's weight. the pose is killer.

i never do the shades in pencil
but this was a one-off thing

I know. I'm talking about the outlines.
However, the pencil shading does help me to see where you draw the line between darks and lights.
