Aw thank you! Yes, actually. This piece is 2 years old. I was struggling with a terrible break up at the time and for some reason quite comforted by the song "Bluebird," by Christina Perry. It's a somber song about broken hearted people being equated to bluebirds. So I was inspired by that and channeled my feelings into this piece - hence my somber little bluebird. I really adore him. I've often thought about expanding him into a full children's book story.

That is so sad... but it is great how you can express your feelings in a beautiful painting.
I think a children's book would be a great idea. Your skills are surely good enough for that.
