OK, what you have here is the beginning of a project of mine that I first attempted when I was, oh, 13, which was to draw the major characters from the Fey series by K.K. Rusch. The thing about this is that I'm going to do things differently than usual: namely, using as little computer as possible, and trying to get some vaguely interesting poses going on.

And, holy #*&$, I think I killed a few pens doing this. I don't even think he was wearing black in this scene, but the Fey books are impossible to find if you don't already own them (and haven't left your copies on the wrong side of the country like I did) so I couldn't check. He was usually swooping around in that black cloak so I figured what the hell. Anyway, this is Rugar in "The Changeling" after he's just had his arm shoved into a melting corpse. Enjoy.
