Behold, the best piece of the year so far XDThis is for the amazing who won my raffle about a month ago, and wanted her Ruby and 's Agate in a scene together. I decided, in the spirit of summer, why not playing with Sparklers on the beach? I went with that and them wearing Yukatas, though I also have a flat colour of each individual pose in their original outfits, that I might clean up and post later.Β
I really really hope you both like it, this was so much fun to do!Β

Drawing them on the beach at sunset was such a nice idea, fireworks and sparklers are usually pictured at night and seeing them as sunset is such a nice contrast.
I LOVE how you drew their personalities here aswell. Agates just enjoying her time secretly loving everything thats going on around her and I know this is gonna sound weird but I LOVE the way her ears are draped on the ground ;o;
Rubys pose is SO LIKE HER trying to start a fire lmao AND I REALLY REALLY LOVE THAT MINT GREEN COLOUR YOU CHOSE FOR HER IT LOOKS SO NICE?!
BOTH THEIR OUTFITS ARE SUPER NICE IM SO GLAD YOU WENT WITHTHIS OPTION ;o;

I really tried to keep their personalities in mind when I was figuring out the poses, Ruby's came easily since I drew her before XD But I knew Agate was a bit more reserved so it took a bit to figure out a good pose for her. And I'm glad you like the ears XD I had to redraw them so many times to make it look right =w= The colour scheme for Ruby's was a process too, I couldn't make it work with her usual colour scheme so I searched Yukata patterns and found that XD I think it compliments her fur well.
I do have a rough flat colour of these poses in their regular clothes too if you'd like me to send them your way! though I forgot to save the background standalone so I don't have that =w='''''Β
