There you go- a quickie! This took about a million listens of "I Need You To Love me", a sudden burst of inspiration, and an emotional teenage girl, to do. The story lies somewhere in the title: After all that he's put her through, Katara has always been there for him, though he pushes her away. But this time he has done something that he can't take back so easily, if at all. And Zuko realizes now, that all he's taken for granted has come back in karma- Katara is walking away. Injured and frightened, Zuko desperately crys for Katara's love, while he watches her break into a run. This time, he had gone too far. But upon hearing his sobs, she stops and begins crying herself. For the first time, Zuko is calling back.
If you want to tell me what you think should happen next, I'll see if I like the idea- if I do like it enough, I'll draw it.
Why am I doing this? Because, request are fun! If anyone has one, just note me, I'll probably only do two or three a month though.Eeeek! The Comic Con is in 3 days! I can't wait 'til someone posts it on Youtube!

wow, i so love this one so much! the story behind it is soooooooo amazing. i know it's simple, but it's so full of emotion and pain and passion. this is the very essence of awesomness. i have to write a scene like this one day. It's just perfect for the Zutara ship (especially the forgiveness and making up afterwards XP) and this pic just illustrates that perfectly. LOVE IT!

hah hah! I love it! as much as I fear kataang...because the creaters said that it had been in the series since the beginning....Zutara is my life in Avatar. I love this picture. I can't wait for the comic con either. I'm so upset!!! I get to go to the comic con but i'm going on friday, not saturday--when they have the Avatar stand *dies*

Really? I'm not really afraid of Kataang for some reason. The creaters also said that some things developed- meaning Zutara. Besides, if my sources proove correct, when asked about the romance in the show, Bryan said, "oh, you mean Zutara." Maybe it was Mike who said it. Either way, I know Zutara will be the Canon ship.

Ozai is so going to try and kick his ass. - -lll Poor Zuzu. Yeah, I think it'll be one-sided at first (but I can't decide who will fall first. Maybe Zuko.), but then the other will start to feel the same. So romantic! Of course, I really doubt he'll shout it to the world or make it as obvious as Aang did (he just woke up, saw a pretty girl, was like, "ZOMG ur pretty i luv joo!!!!!11one! letz go penguin sledding u random, southern, hair-bending babe!"). Zuko will probably keep it to himself- once he admits it to himself that is- get jealous a few times, let his natural pride and man-ego get in the way of things, fight, agrue, then get all sensitive and romantic and have one-on-one talks with her about their childhoods, mothers, family, bending, Zuko's scar, previous relationships, and maybe even the strange new feeling they have now- or at least drop hints at it to the other. And Katara will fall head-over-heals in love with him!
Taang isn't my main ship, obviously- and I kind of like the idea of Aang being alone better- but it's very cute. Tylokka would be ok- it's cute too, but I think azula's friends should stay on her side. Tokka- being onesided- is, to put it frankly, adorable! I mean, how often do you see Toph BeFong blush over a guy and get all cozied up? So cuuuute! ^.^ The age difference is just too much for Toph and Sokka at this age though- but post-war would still be giggle-worthy.
Azula....bitches don't win in children's shows, no matter how graphic, violent, and supportive of child-abuse it might be. Sorry dearie.
