The entire outfit - minus the shoes- and the bandana was made free-handed, so no patterns were used in the making of this cosplay. I really can't tell you how long I had put this cosplay off, for I had originally planned to cosplay this version of Lucy back in 2014 for my first Otakon. You could say this is actually the third attempt at making her dress. Luckily this time, I had gotten a dressform last Christmas and that helped by A LOT.
