This will be my first critic for you, please do not take offense, I've tough
I like the concept, it is very cute and comedic in a sense, but the presentation of it is lacking. First off the hands, the thumb always is on the inside of your hand, take a look, so if you were to hold a gun you probably wouldn't see it. The fingers on both hands look sharp for no reason, it looks unnatural, yes some hands are drawn with sharp points, mostly because they have nails/claws. The elbow on the one on the left is really weird, it is just like a thorn. Elbows are somewhat like a soft square. I do have some problems with clothing wrinkles and proportions, but I assume this is chibi so I will accept it.
Everything could use work, but over all, it is good
