Description At what point is the decision made to take to the streets? Is it even a decision? I saw this guy out in In San Bernardino CA last summer. It was only 105 degrees and he was jus cruising with some kind of mission. I wish I had the nerve to ask.......

I want to say publicly what a fine drawing this is...the line quality is great, and even after being told the backstory I find the subject mysterious and intriguing.
