I was there when Ms. Marvel first hit the stands back in the swingin' 70s; at the time, her costume was pretty racey as Marvel heroine-wear went.
I remember when Carol appeared in Marvel Team-Up: the story was "All This and the QE2". Memory is spotty, but I think it was Byrne inked by Sinnott. They really went out of their way to make Carol look good.
This outfit holds up well today; a pity they decided not to bring it back permanently.

Ms. Marvel has a new book out!? Does she still have "Seventies hair"? Anyway, you did a marvelous job here. I especially like the shading on her gloves.
