Description
I started out drawing some random guy, then halfway through I was like "hey, wait...that looks like Baljeet"

The background took a life of its own. I had no idea what I was drawing, initially. This background reminded me of the Frost Grange - hence, "seer inspired".
Baljeet's somewhere in a forest where the trees are made completely of ice; their leaves are icicles, their barks are icy stalagtites, and their branches are coated with snow.
The ground's also made of ice, that's why the trees' reflections are seen in the undergrowth.

I'm amazed how, with all of Baljeet's clumsiness, he's not tripping over all the ice.

Don't ask what he's doing with the magic scarf.
Maybe queen Mishah gave it to him as a parting gift...or in hopes of strangling him for being such a "wet blanket".
