Your colouring on this piece and the overall concept is really brilliant, especially the runes on the stone caught my eye.
HOMM III is still my favourite of all games in the series, the creature designs were just fasntastic, especially in this town. 
You should be proud of this, it's a great contribution to the game

I love rampart as well! I always choose that castle, ever since I played HoM&M 1, when there were only 4 kinds of castles, and the graphics was grainy as hell... But I must say, of all the Rampart armies I Sharpshooters the best

The briliantest strategy game ever made .... i played it like small the heroes 2, and the whoule exspansion from heroes 3, now im playing the heroes 5 and they are brutal to play .... of course if you know how to play the strategy
you have wonderful done the colors and the creatures from the elfs from heroes 3....

I never really got into heroes 5. I dunno, I loved the designs and everything.. but I think I just suffered some pixel-craving with it hehe.

I'm currently playing Heroes 5 hammers of fate. At first haven was my fav. However ever since playing dwarves they have become my all time favourites (Wulfstan as a fav hero ofc
Though haven and Freyda as a hero come close second

I love this game, and Rampart is also my favourite city (although, I always thought that Dendroid Soldiers are made of fail).

Rampart creatures eh? All I will say is what they are pretty much dead after they are slowed down and enemy got ranged units (Thus taking out their magic advantage).

I like the dungeon better, it's probably the minotaurs that get me...yeah, definetly the minotaurs. The Rampart was my favorite for a while, but changed into a craze for overlords and darkness...I'm insane. That's really cool, and it's amazing to know that my family are not the only ones who are insane about that game, it rocks.

Well i've only gamed the third. a complete editon, with several other types of creatures than the 'real' third.
My favorite 'city' is ofcourse the rampart and i just love the whole building up your city-part. Theres just so many aspects of that game that is simply awesome.
i can find nothing that dosn't make sense.. Maybe that you can even complete an impossible game. that is.. impossible o__O

Well, the third is in my oppinopn, as i said, the best 
The fourth is not very good and i haven't seen the fifth yet.
In the third i played only an expansion -can't remember the name- with a new castle: elemental
My favourite city is the dungeon, i love black dragons!

Yes! map editor is fun! My brother once made an XL map with it to play. it took hours before we finished, and each franction of monster were atleast a 100. it was an insane clash.

Well, i'm not sure if it was the complete version; i know there were released many expansions with a lot of new campaigns; i had one in wich you were a knight that had to descent to the underworld
