SWF file.Animated Arlo a little. I wanna do one with voice/lip sync and moving animation but its hard to find the right voice lines to do something with, arr!

I made it in Adobe Flash. It's pretty much like making a flip book, but you don't have to redraw everything in every frame. The background is on one layer that doesn't change at all, then Arlos body has its own layer, and on top is the layer with his face on. I just edit the face a little bit in each frame when hes supposed to move c:

You can buy it online, on ebay and the like, though I recommend getting an earlier version like CS3 because the new ones are super expensive D:
