This should happen as an event in the game for if you have a Farfetch'd in your party and you kept it from evolving up until that point, Zacian will just appoint it to be a Sirfetch'd in a neat little cutscene.

Sure it does. There’s a reason Sirfetch’d has a massive weight gain. You can’t fly with heavy weaponry.

Yes it does. Sirfetch’d isn’t an ordinary bird anymore, and with its heavy weaponry it’s certainly not going to have the same air maneuverability as Farfetch’d. It’s common sense.
