I absolutely love your style of artwork and your shading! The first thing that stood out to me was your character's face. You have a very unique way of showing the character's personality through its facial expressions which many artists lack; it is something I need to practice more myself. I also am very found of the creative aspect behind all of the outfits, no two are alike and you can tell how much time you spent on designing them. The only thing that stands out to me personally, would be the anatomy of his/her arm. The elbow is shaped oddly, giving it the appearance of being larger than the rest of the arm, but this is easily ignored since this is concept art. Overall, I love this character, the color pallet, the shading and the creativity! I really love the vivid colors, it keeps you very interested in the piece. One thing I would like to see in your character is perhaps some side angles of the character, practicing side views is important, but that's just a suggestion rather than a critique on this piece. Keep up the amazing work!

Really like it, I think the fact you use the shape ruel to design each part is really good but fashion is missing some 3D element. I don't know the comment about the arms though, after studying anatomy that seems like correct arm measurements a young girl would have in proportion to the body. I'd say its the body and proportions plus library which you did the best. Some ambient lighting would be nice to see also. But around it's good, favourited, like your stuff
