I think you should ask the Original Photo's creator if you need to delete the base or not.....

I know that but it's sort of hard to go trough all that trouble, most of the artists never even reply or are findable.

1. The base tells you the artist too , what is so hard?
2. If he/she says no , then you delete your base.
3. You don't need to force the users what used your base to delete their art just because they used your base.
Is not that hard.

I saw this image on Google images, I didn't see the base format at all. I decided to make a base out of this and then after creating the base I found out that someone else already created a base, I'm just saying that there's a lot of doubles in bases..it really shouldn't matter..I understand that the original creator spent a lot of time on it but so did I and I'm not deleting it because of that. No I did not copy the creator, I was bored one day and decided to make a base so I could do requests like I normally do on Google+.

I didn't said you copied the Creator. I just said maybe the other base maker will be not so happy when MAYBE he/she will find out this base. So better ask. And yes , there are a lot of doubles , but at least the other base maker is ok with the other base......
