Looks like one of Michelangelo's brothers decided to teach him a lesson.... Which ever one you want it to be is your choice.
I drew this, again, out of boredom.

Man, I love, love, love Mikey's expression---only halfway contempt, because either his captor's identity or his own gentle nature won't let him show complete contempt.
You just draw the best things out of boredom.

Raph: April What are you doing here?
Casey: Not that we don't want you here. Β
Raph: *annoyed*
April: I came to help out.
Raph: Its dangerous.
April: I'm almost a Kunoichi.
Raph: Yeah...ALMOST!
Mikey: Aw come on Raph, she's already here.
Casey: And Since Don-boy's back in his lab doing...whatever it is with Leo, she could probably hack the computers or whatever the Foot have in there.
Raph: *sighs* Fine. But stay close.
April: *nods*
*much later in the warehouse*
the boys and April: *sneak*...................(After taking out some of the foot bots and soliders)
Mikey: Hehehe Too Easy.
April: Look. *see's a super computer* (Starts to hack it)
Casey: Heh...the foot haven't been much of a challenge lately. Probably because of our amazing skills, especially mine.
Raph: Yeah don't say that in front of Splinter.
April: *laughs* Yeah...though you had to admit that was kinda funny with the whole switching weapons thing.
Raph: Oh haha very funny.
Mikey: Yeah...but its like...you know, they actually want us to come here.
April: yeah That-.........*feeling* ARGH!!!
Raph: What? What is it?
April:....I........I feel........!!!!!!!!!! MIKEY'S RIGHT!
Boys: Huh????
April: ITS A TRAP! *the computer starts to smoke and she moves away in time as it bursts...small explosion not enormous and firey*
Casey: *pulls her close* !!!!!!! WHAT THE!!!!!
*more foot soilders appear with Tiger Claw, Fishface, Rahzar....and for special appearance Tokka and Koya (She's a mutant hawk from the IDW series)*
Koya: Well...WEll..well. What do we have here...two turtles and their human pets.
April: Excuse me!?
Casey: Who you calling pets Birdbrain!?
Mikey: Aw snap! This was a trap!
Fishface: Correct little Turtle.....and guess what you boys and the little chica have fallen RIGHT into it.
*the fight goes on, and etc. the turtles and co. struggle but still fight back*
April: *hits a bunch of bots with her tessen but it gets knocked out of her hand by Fishface* HEY! *arm gets grabbed*
Casey: *hits Fishface with his bat and hockystick* GET YOUR HANDS OFF HER FREAK!
*Raph struggling with Tokka and Tiger Claw*
Tokka: Run Run run as fast as you can. *tries to hit raph* You can't catch me! *knocks his sais out of the way* I'M THE GINGERBREAD MAN! *hits raph across the face*
Tiger claw: *tries to shoot Raph who dodges*
Mikey: *Dealing with Rahzar and Koya*Β
Koya: HOLD STILL YOU LITTLE WORM!
Mikey: I'm a turtle lady! *hits her with his chucks*
*the group starts to get overpowered. it gets worse when April gets shot by tiger claw saving Raph*
Boys: ARPIL!
April: *hurt*
Casey: WHO HITS A GIRL LIKE THAT!
Tiger Claw: In battle, it matters not who is who. All there is is a warrior. *goes to shoot
*the fight gets out of hand, and the turtles, April, and Casey are forced to retreat. The villains chase them to the top, Koya grabs Mikey's foot and pulls him towards her.*
Raph: MIKEY!
Tiger Claw: This ends here. *pulls his gun and aims for April and the boys* Goodbye cubs.
Mikey: *gets free from Koya's grip* NO!!!! *tackles him* *the beam hits the floor where Raph, Casey, and April are, causing them to fall to the ground, but alive. April hits her head and starts to get dizzy, Casey also is injured, Raph looks up and See's Mikey getting overpowered*
Raph: MIKEY!
Mikey: JUST GO GUYS! GO NOW!!!!! *pulls the smoke bomb and throws it where the others are* RUN!
Raph: *coughs*.......MIKEY!
Casey: *sorta disoriented* RAPH! We gotta go!
Raph: BUT!
Casey: I know...But April needs Medical help, she's bleeding fast! and Your in no condition yourself!
Mikey: *still fighting* *keeps throwing Smokebombs where Raph and the others are.* GO!!!!
Raph: *growls* WE'LL COME BACK FOR YOU MIKEY!!!!!! *helps Casey get April Out*
April: *before she's K.O'd*....Mikey.........*unconscious*Β
Rahzar and Koya: *goes to where the others are but by the time they get there, they're gone* *growls*
Mikey: AugH! *hits the wall and is Knocked out*..........
Fishface: Raphael and the humans are gone....
Tokka: Shall we go after them?
Tiger Claw: No....let them come to us.
Koya: After all...we have the runt. (Refering to Mikey)
Rahzar: *laughs* Guess this turned out better than we expected....after all, the master will be pleased that we have something.
Mikey: *still unconscious* ............

True...either that or he accidentally broke something/pranked him or something to the point where Raph snapped...could have been Leo *for the comic thing in Parasitica...or for pranking..but he's more mature...So is Donnie...unless Mikey totally embarrassed him infront of April...or messed with his stuff* Either way...If it was his bros...and Splinter found him before any and or all of the boys freed him...He's gonna be Mad.
