Today I was working on our comic strip "Victor Guillotin." Later in the SAT preparation class I felt tired and wanted to draw a more relaxing thing.I spent less than an hour to finish the draft. This Nickelodeon style is much easier to draw, but this does not mean that I'll give up my previous style.
Georgie and Paulie look like two kindergarten kids here. Hope they never grow up, hehe!

Yesterday I and Catrina were just doubting that "our style" doesn't look like the real Beatles. We've been arguing about this again and again. I think we'll call it "Chinese style", because it's innate to us. I'll say, the Beatles do look very cartoon, but like American cartoon, not Chinese cartoon. Aww...what can I do? It has to do with the "feeling" given by the pictures.

I still think the Beatles are a bit sinicized by us. (But maybe it's interesting to be that?) Next time I'll pay more attention to draw George's eyes closer to his eyebrows.

2 days ago a middle-agd woman saw this picture,
and she thought Paul was a girl. = =
She said he and George were dating, dancing, and having a candlelight dinner.
I said, "But they are both boys."
Later I told Catrina, if that's what happened, John would be mad! XD
Yep, I saw your journal, and I watched the video of the game.
That was so amazing! The animation looks exactly like the real-life Beatles performing! And the effects are terminally cool too! But of course the best part is the music of the Beatles!
However, I know that this game is incredibly expensive. Since I don't play video games in usual days, and I don't have much leisure time, I'm not going to buy it. (And I doubt it will be sold in Taiwan.)
