I got started by reading up and studying everything I could find on how to do it-- in today's internet-savvy world, it's a lot easier. Check out PencilJack.com for a comic artist community dedicated to helping one another grow as comic illustrators-- since its debut in 2001, over 36+ artists have gonDJ/voice acting work before nailing my first comic gig just out of college and, well-- here we are!
