Description

At the same time, there are a few cousin groups of already existing tribes made throughout 2015. I like to think that the production team had other design ideas that they couldn’t fit it all in the first batch of mixels, so they decided to make a secondary tribe for the next one. It could also be because they didn’t had many ideas for new tribes at the time, but it was nonetheless a nice way to expand upon the mixels universe.

I am glad of what got out of it, as it resulted in some of my personal favorite mixels. And Flamzer here is a good contender for one of my favorites. I really like how his design appears to be a fusion between a cat and a crab, and I think it’s very fitting to his personality. Can be a real scaredy cat, and also a bit crabby.

Also shoutout to Rodger Bumpass for really bringing this character to life!
