Description
This fantasy-lynx is adding colours to a dead and colourless world. A cold place where war, and death is to be found. But he still has hope, and he uses his last powers to add colours, life, and most of all love. The colours are symbolizing his soul that is leaving his body. That´s his last sacrifice for this world before he dies...This old sketch was inked, and put into the "frame". I had lost interest in it, and trew it away XD But then found it again, and decided to finish it. I hope you like the result.

I LOVE this one, I mostly like the story behind it..! It is very interesting and makes you think about all the negativity that is draining that poor creature who is sincerely trying to save this world.. Very emotional and interesting piece, by far one of my favorites from you..!! :3

P.S:You know whats funny, I have had that experience where I throw away an old piece simply because I lost interest in it.. But after many months pass by, I re-start on the piece and it actually becomes one of my more impressive works..!! I think there is a lesson to be learned in this..!! Don't you..? Lol.. ^-^

Yeah, I often use stuff like that as inspiration. Things in the world that makes me sad or happy, is great inspiration, since it´s best to make art when you´re emotional

I agree..! Emotional pieces are always better.. Anyone can draw and color but it takes a true artist to feel emotions and place those same emotions into their works.. It is the emotion in a piece that makes it a true work of art and not just a little drawing.. ^-^
