Yowza. The hairtie held between his teeth just makes it. Props to you for creating Valmont fanservice, there's been a serious deficit of it.
If I may offer some critique? The musculature on his torso seems a bit, well, random. There are a few lines where there shouldn't be lines, and some clear space where there should be lines. He could use a six-pack, basically. I'd recommend finding yourself some real-life references of sexy men, they're better than using other artwork as refs.
But enough of that! It's still good, and I love how his hair's down; that's something that always make me grin. I predict many faves for this.

I agree! There's not enough Valmont fanservice out there! He is the sexiest JCA villain after all, I partially blame the brittish accent.
Ah yes, I should've used a real guy instead of an anime picture as reference, because you're right, there are random lines lols Unfortunately, I was relying too heavily on the reference picture, I used the original and not the base. But the original had all those lines, probably for artistic effect. and without realizing it, I drew them ALL, which ended up looking wonky.*shakes head*
Thank you so much for the critique! From now on, i will be trying to use real-life men as reference! I confess to preferring line art, because everything is so clear and mapped out, but I need to stop being lazy!

His Julian Sands voice is, like, the sexiest voice a villain can have, mostly thanks to the Britishness, I agree with you there.
Oh, I know, lineart is much easier, I have trouble with shading too. And it's a common thing to start out using other art for refs, but unfortunately that means if that artist made a mistake, you more often than not make the same mistake. I actually recommend looking through fitness magazines for men because you can really see the defined musculature. Of course, if you're drawing a man who isn't as buff as Big V that won't work so well...
Ooh, I did enjoy this piece. Makes me wanna draw him again, hopefully in fanservice mode too. XD
