Description New toy to me. Photoshop plug called Flood. Does just what it says, makes a flood. Adds a bit of a twist to the original I saw that inspired this. I took the pic at night in Riverdale Park which might be the best view of the city in the city (I'm sure some folks from TO have other opinions, The Island, end of Polson St. I'd like to hear them). Right now I can't think of anything else to use the flood filter for but it will come eventually.
