My own tribute to the warrior mice from both "Redwall" and "Mouse Guard"

He's a former soldier who decided to find a steady role as part of the guard rather than wander aimlessly as a sellsword. He's definitely seen his fair share of battles and serving as part of the guard is his own way of redeeming himself for past mistakes.

There's certainly a place in our culture for stories of exceptional and heroic mice and animals and It motivated me to tell my own story featuring them someday soon.
