The plan would result in someone who acts as both a soldier and manager for Earth.

Renda grew up in a base hidden within New Mexico, the last of many specimens grown by her Bocca creators. While the rest were reduced to pulsating, electricity-fueled tumors for testing, Renda was given a modicum of "human" interaction with an AI designated Unit 442 and exposure to human media. Her training began when she was six, ending with her heavy artillery expertise at 19.

The road she paves ahead from then on is her own.
